Returns
- You can return your order within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed only for size issues.
- Visit our outlet at Ichhra Bazaar, Street No. 4, Lahore, Pakistan, or contact us via WhatsApp (0320-9080601) to arrange your exchange.
Cash on Delivery Orders
- COD orders follow the same return and exchange policy.
- Refunds for COD orders will be processed after the product is inspected.
Delivery & Refund
- Online returns/exchanges: Contact us via WhatsApp or email to arrange.
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 3–5 working days after receiving the returned product.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
